With the support of the alumni, the Department collaborates with companies and organizations in a variety of sectors to provide local internship opportunities for undergraduate students during summer vacation. Programme Characteristics

• Non-credit bearing: students will be joining voluntarily
• Pre-screening interviews will be conducted by the Department
• Internships take place during summer vacation (mid-May – August)
• Internship duration could not exceed a continuous period of 59 days, since interns will be work at the capacity of “work experience student” under the Minimum Wage Ordinance (Cap. 608)
