Brief description of my research work

My underlying question of curiosity is why some behaviours and beliefs spread in a society, while others fail to do so. The interplay of social influence and social networks is at the centre of this research. Symbolic and social boundaries are studied as key shaping forces of interpersonal ties and social influence.
