Brief description of my research work
I am currently engaged in two ongoing research projects. The first delves into the dynamics (maintenance, reproduction, and negotiation) of gender inequalities in China, through an exploration of varied workplace experiences among transgender men. The second focuses on the survival and advocacy mechanisms of grassroots gender NGOs in China as a lens to study the changing civil society space.
