We are delighted to invite you to our Multimedia Exhibition titled Voices from Lamma Island: Aging in a Rural Community. The exhibition features a collection of exhibits that showcase the life stories of older residents on Lamma Island. Through audio-visual presentation, we explore the unique challenges and opportunities related to aging in place on Lamma. As part of this special event, we have invited elder residents from Lamma Island to share their aging experiences in a Human Library Session. This unique opportunity allows for meaningful intergenerational dialogue, where participants can engage in conversations with the island’s residents and hear their perspectives.
We sincerely hope you can join us for this meaningful exploration of aging in place in a rural community. Your presence would enrich the dialogue and help amplify these important voices.
